Safety Guidelines
In light of COVID-19, we are creating many safeguards to help our customers and freelance photographers stay safe during the course of each photo shoot. In addition to complying with all federal, state, and local requirements, our highest priority is to create standards that we feel best promote the health and safety of our customers and team, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for everyone involved.
Business Owners
- Prior to the shoot, you should review and adhere to current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control.
- Wash your hands before and after the shoot.
- Before the shoot, disinfect any surfaces that your photographer may likely come in contact with, including doorknobs and handrails.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around photographer.
- Maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more at all times.
- If you are sick or have been recently in contact with anyone that has been sick, please let our team know immediately.
- Do not shake hands or come in direct contact with your photographer.
- Do not ask your photographer to go to a second location.
- Use your best discretion and judgement throughout the course of your shoot to keep everyone comfortable and safe.
- Ensure all team members and employees are informed about the photo shoot and that they are adhering to these guidelines.
Photographers
- Prior to the shoot, you should review and adhere to current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control.
- Wash your hands before and after the shoot.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
- Disinfect equipment prior to your shoot.
- Maintain social distancing of 6 feet or more at all times.
- Do not touch your eyes, mouth, or nose throughout the course of the shoot.
- If you are sick or have been recently in contact with anyone that has been sick, please let our team know immediately and do not go to your shoot.
- Do not shake hands or come in direct contact with the business owner or any employees.
- If you ever feel unsafe or unsure about something, please use your best judgement and discretion, and contact the Photo Team for additional guidance. As always, you are free to leave if you feel unsafe.
